The Huawei P10 is a strange device. I recently checked the phone, and although I do not like to use it, there was definitely something missing compared to LG and Samsung's new Android flagship.
The phone looks bright, very similar to the Apple iPhone 7, and packs in a lot of very decent hardware and specs. The performance is exceptional and the battery is very impressive. The software is too, once you get your head around the Huawei way of doing things.
So, with all of this in mind, why am I not more positive about the Huawei P10? In my review I gave him 4/5, a very respectable score. The phone is great, most really like it, it's just for me - like a picky bugger - I just do not have that WOW factor that I look for in the phones badge.
By itself, the P10 is brilliant. Compared to the competition, not so much. Even if it compares with the Pixel XL and Galaxy S8, it's cheaper than both, but since I still have a OnePlus 3T, a LG G6, a Huawei Mate 9 or a Galaxy S8 In front of the P10.
